Marchio Family Outdoor Farewell Hong Kong Session

It was my pleasure to photograph my dear friend Jessica’s Family the week before they left Hong Kong for Melbourne. Jess has been a wonderful fun and caring friend for the last couple of years and her family will be really missed!  Jess wanted to get outdoors with her little ones, Alex, Sienna and Jacob and have a fun active session and include a trip on the Star Ferry for the kids to enjoy.   We were running out of time and the only day we could do was on Easter Monday in the late afternoon which is by no means quiet around TST!  We found some nice quieter locations by the harbour but still got a lot of attention.  For one shot I was busy focusing on what I was doing, to turn around at the end and find there was actually about 20 people taking photos of us!  It can be a challenge in HK to find quiet central locations but some of my favourite images from the day are the ones that included the locals. Hong Kong will miss you Marchio Family and I hope these images will help you remember Hong Kong!
