Wang Family Maternity Victoria Peak Garden

I loved this session with Phyllis, James and Oskar. It was natural, fun and candid in a location where Oskar had room to roam and play and then come back to the “action”.  My aim with all portrait sessions is for the experience to be easy and the images to reflect this but with very young kids its even more important.  When Oskar got a bit fed up, I snuck Mum and Dad off to a quieter spot of the park for some more posed images.  We did have some challenges  with the session, we had rescheduled the original date due to bad weather and the next slot I could do was on the Friday of Chinese New Year in the afternoon and our location was so FULL of people!!!!  Luckily, using trickery and posing I believe you can’t see that we were surrounded by 200 people!  As Hong Kong is so busy at weekends, I often suggest weekdays for my sessions so we can get the most of out the experience.  Since this session, Phyllis has given birth to a lovely girl Vivienne and I am looking forward to sharing our newborn session images soon.
